Refund Policy

You are purchasing (or have purchased) an edible/consumable health product. We realize after trying organic sulfur you may not want to continue taking it. Before asking for a refund, please…reread the information on Taking Organic Sulfur.

Our refund policy is similar to that of many health-store retail outlets and other on-line stores:

1) THERE IS NO REFUND FOR OPENED OR PARTIALLY CONSUMED PACKAGES OF ORGANIC SULFUR . Our organic sulfur is sold in heavy food-grade plastic, vacuum sealed one pound (454 gm) packages. Once a package is opened there is no refund for that package.

2) Organic Sulfur that is returned for a refund must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt in it's original container. The return shipping post mark must be within thirty (30) days of your receiving it and it must be in the same un-damaged container.  

3) If you wish a refund on any UNOPENED or undamaged one-pound packages of organic sulfur we agree to refund the cost of those unopened containers, minus a 15% restocking fee.

4) Refunds are for purchase price and taxes only (minus 15%) and will not include your return shipping costs. We will NOT reimburse for return shipping.

5) Return ship the remaining UNOPENED products to:

Address the package properly and package it reasonably carefully, at least as well as we did when we sent them to you. If the returned containers are damaged during return transit, and they are not insured, you or we have no way of determining fault or making a claim. If we receive the packages punctured or damaged, they cannot be re-sold. We cannot refund for goods that are damaged during return transit. If there is inadequate packaging or the fault is with the mail carrier, Natural Health Organic Sulfur Products Ltd. will not refund for your damage or loss. If there is shipping insurance, a claim will be made. This can take several weeks. Package the containers reasonably carefully.

5) Include a note asking for a refund, with your name and complete return address and telephone number or an email address.

6) As soon as we receive the organic sulfur in good condition, unopened, in the original package we will contact you and arrange to refund the purchase price for those unopened packages. Refunds will be made via the same transaction method as purchase (credit card refund for credit card purchase).
